Educating Georgians about open government:  It's not 'Fine with us' when you harm freedom of information

The 2002 exception for state auditor work papers was approved after a Georgian wired the legislative committee chair these words: "Fine with us!"  The Georgia First Amendment Foundation objects to this and other exceptions to open government.
